About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Rehab of Rogue Valley. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse supervisor
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Oregon
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents
