Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest level of quality care. Document medication administration and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions. Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills. Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations.
