We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Shift Manager to join our team at the Park Slope Women's Shelter in Brooklyn.

Job SummaryThe Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, and providing guidance and support to our staff. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Oversee daily operations, including client intake, programming, and case management
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, and 2 years of experience in social services
- Or, associate's degree and 4 years of experience in social services
- First Aid/CPR certification and F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
