Job Description

As a Technical Help Desk Specialist with the Native American Technology Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting our internet-based courseware presented via the Atlas Pro Learning Management System (LMS). This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and technical documentation.

About the Job

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web on all supported applications.
  • Assist customers with specific courseware issues, account inquiries, and other technical problems.
  • Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve complex issues.
  • Document actions and report to government and contract leadership.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Experience using MS Office products and basic Internet functions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Basic understanding of Java script, Flash, and portals, Learning Management Systems, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the job requirements and responsibilities.
