Position Overview: Restorative Nurse (LPN)

At Venza Care, we are dedicated to providing outstanding support within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and implement the restorative nursing program within the facility.
  2. Evaluate patient health, create, and execute restorative care plans to enhance patients' health and wellness.
  3. Track and document patient progress, modifying care plans as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to merge restorative care with other healthcare services.
  5. Educate and assist patients and their families regarding restorative care procedures.
  6. Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations concerning restorative nursing practices.
Qualifications:
  1. Current LPN license in the state of AL.
  2. Experience in restorative care or a comparable rehabilitative nursing position.
  3. Strong knowledge of restorative care principles and best practices.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  5. Dedication to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
