Labor and Delivery RN

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to join our team at New Ulm Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to laboring women, including triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float to other units as needed to support patient care.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
- BCLS and NRP certifications required.
- Ability to work every other weekend and occasional on-call shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
