The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing resources, frameworks, content, and support to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lead generation and create content for training to support the overall sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to uncover actionable insights through in-depth reporting and analysis.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and manage sales collateral and content to ensure the sales team can easily access and utilize these materials.
  • Design and update onboarding programs for new sales hires, as well as ongoing training for the sales team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement, training, or sales operations role.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing sales collateral and content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

This is a competitive position with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 USD plus sales variable commission. We also offer great benefits and a remote work option.
