Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Everett Center, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Care Management: Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective care plans.
  • Goal Setting: Establish measurable short and long-term objectives for patient care, ensuring timely interventions to reduce rehospitalizations.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as per physician directives.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate responsibilities to nursing staff and supervise their performance to ensure high-quality care.
  • Communication: Effectively share patient information with team members and across shifts.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Preferred experience of one to three years in a nursing role within a related healthcare setting.
