Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a Day Program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Vinfen's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve program efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, financial, and administrative departments, to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze program data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve program operations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the human services or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
