Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Vinfen's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve program efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, financial, and administrative departments, to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze program data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve program operations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the human services or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
