Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab America. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or medical crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
- Supervise and instruct agency visit staff, patients, and families on the use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices.
- Participate in the development and revision of physician plans of care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- One year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current Registered Physical Therapist License.
- Current State Driver's License.
- Current Auto Liability Insurance.
