About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab America. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or medical crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
  • Work with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on proper use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.
  • Participate in the development and revision of patient care plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current Registered Physical Therapist License.
  • Current State Driver's License.
  • Current Auto Liability Insurance.
