Warranty Analyst Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Analyst to join our team at JX Enterprises, Inc. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that all warranty claims are submitted with proper compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process high volumes of warranty claims for multiple locations
* Coordinate the processing of dealer-sponsored warranty claims for assigned fleets
* Reconcile warranty financial schedules
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to warranty-related inquiries
* Assist with warranty training and development

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required, with two years of related work experience
* Intermediate computer skills and experience with Google Applications
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
* Knowledge of the transportation industry and valid driver's license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
