Job Summary

The Sr. Schedule Manager will work collaboratively with project teams to develop the overall project contract schedule, from project pursuits through closeout and turnover. This position provides status updates on assigned projects, developing and maintaining schedules incorporating design, submittal management, procurement, preconstruction, detailed construction & commissioning to provide an industry-leading scheduling program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of the Schedule Manager and Project Engineers as assigned, focused on maintaining scheduling standards and overall efficiency.
  • Support the Client Executive and entire pursuit team in project pursuits.
  • Play a key role in RFP responses and interviews as requested.
  • Generate Client & A/E relationships.
  • Play a key role in the preconstruction effort through to GMP.

Requirements

The Sr. Schedule Manager understands the Project Manager and Superintendent work as an integrated team to collectively manage the schedule. The Superintendent takes the lead on schedule, quality, safety, and logistics while the Project Manager takes the lead on the financials, technical resolution, material management, and diversity with a common emphasis on safety.
