Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for selling parts to customers, both in-store and over the phone, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part and invoicing the customer.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock and complete special order requests.
  • Communicate with customers on the status of ordered parts and notify them upon delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as a backup to the stocking clerk.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in auto parts sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
