As a pivotal figure in the Universal Banking division, you will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and engage with customers to proficiently manage all financial service transactions, including teller services, new account setups (both personal and business), and consumer lending opportunities.
- Serve as a key resource for resolving complex customer service inquiries.
- Promote all InBank products and services, with a strong emphasis on consumer and commercial deposit accounts, consumer lending, and treasury management solutions.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Management team to onboard clients, facilitate implementation, and nurture robust customer relationships.
- Operate within established risk parameters and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist in achieving and surpassing sales and referral objectives for branch performance.
- Adhere to security and audit protocols to maintain compliance.
- Stay informed about all banking regulations and procedures, ensuring adherence at all times.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in retail banking or financial services sales.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with 10-Key preferred.
Other Requirements: Strong understanding of branch operations, teller functions, and banking regulations. Exceptional customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven leadership skills to motivate and build teamwork. Critical thinking skills to assess information and determine appropriate actions. Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities. Physical ability to perform tasks such as typing, handling currency, and operating office equipment.
Preferred Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy; professional communication skills. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Targeted hiring range based on experience: $23 - $26 per hour.
