About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including administering and monitoring dialysis treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
- Current appropriate State licensure
- One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
- Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis
- Successfully complete CPR Certification
- Ability to provide coverage at area facilities during times of short-staffing or as required
