- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, such as data analysis, report preparation, and presentation development.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior-level executives.
- Fluent in Microsoft Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in DataWorks and Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
