Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist or Community Dental Hygienist to join our team at East Bay Community Action Program's Premier Dental Center.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality oral hygiene services to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, in a school or community setting.
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement treatment plans, including prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and fluoride treatments.
  • Update patient medical and dental histories, and chart findings in electronic dental records.
  • Work with a team to provide comprehensive health and dental services to underserved populations.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in Rhode Island, with additional licensure in local anesthesia.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records and basic life support, CPR, and ECC certifications.
