About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Executive - Business Growth Specialist to drive business growth and digital transformation across our organization. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets
  • Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision making
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
