  • Design and develop structural and civil infrastructure systems, including subsurface pipes, paving, drainage, and other related systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet industry standards and building code requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Perform field work, basic surveying, and inspection work as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or technical training in a related field.
  • Valid TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Strong understanding of structural and civil design practices, materials, and industry codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Smart Plant 3D, and SPR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
