About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rigging Specialist to join our team at Brown & Root Industrial Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and configure rigging systems to lift and move heavy equipment or materials to construction projects.
  • Load, transport, and unload equipment, and assist in selecting cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves based on weight and size of load.
  • Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures, and attach loads with grappling devices.
  • Provide direction to crane operators or hoisting engineers engaged in hoisting and moving loads.
  • Set up braces and rigs hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches.
Requirements
  • Experience in rigging and heavy equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
