About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic clinician to fill this full-time position, which comes with a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a Massachusetts Master's level license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT), strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.

Responsibilities include providing individual, couples, or group therapy sessions, supporting the intake department, and collaborating with the clinical team. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, guaranteed family leave, and four weeks paid time off annually.
