Qualifications:
People Development:
You should have a minimum of three years of experience in building and leading software development teams, delivering functional software alongside them. Your background should include hiring and directly managing engineers to support their professional growth.

Technical Proficiency:
Possess over five years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as Vue, React, HTML, and JavaScript. Familiarity with cloud technology stacks from providers like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Cloudflare is essential. Experience with back-end technologies such as Golang, NodeJS, or Ruby is also required. Strong skills in software version control (Git, Subversion, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) are necessary.

Remote Work Experience:
Experience working with distributed teams across various time zones is a plus.

Delivery Knowledge:
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and their application across different teams is expected. A commitment to agile and lean methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering business value, is essential.

Leadership Qualities:
You should embody the traits of a servant leader, a passionate engineer, and a collaborative team player who prioritizes continuous learning and team development. Building strong, inclusive teams should be a key focus.

Communication Skills:
Effective communication and strong feedback abilities are critical for this role.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $130,000-190,000, based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
