Job Opportunity

Bachus & Schanker, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager I to join its pre-litigation team. This is an in-office position that offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.

As a Case Manager at Bachus & Schanker, you will work closely with clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and support them through the complex process of seeking compensation for their injuries. You will also collaborate with attorneys to build strong cases and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in case management, insurance, or social work is a plus, but not required. We are committed to providing superior client service and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 75 cases effectively
  • Communicate with clients regularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment
  • Advise clients on updates from insurance companies, medical providers, and investigators
  • Communicate with auto insurance companies regarding client injury and treatment status
  • Communicate with entities involved in client medical treatment, including lien companies, health insurance, and subrogation companies
  • Gather data from medical providers, insurance companies, and investigators
  • Ensure data is timely entered into our case management software, Smart Advocate
  • Order medical records and bills, and note the file of any bills received
  • Maintain organized client files and compile information for settlement correspondence
  • Provide excellent client service and build relationships with clients
  • Regularly communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide support
  • Compile detailed information about client stories and experiences
  • Strategize with firm attorneys regarding client cases
  • Meet and exceed client expectations
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
