Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an IVF Coordinator at RMA of New York - Long Island. As an IVF Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their fertility journey, from initial consultation to final outcome.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate weekends or holidays when needed.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IVF cycles, including patient consultations, lab results, and medication management.
- You will work closely with our physicians, nurses, and other support staff to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey.
- As an IVF Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with patients, responding to their needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IVF cycles, including patient consultations, lab results, and medication management.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in IVF and women's health.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in nursing (BSN) with experience in women's health and IVF.
- Current RN license without limitations required.
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience in women's health care in a physician's practice required. IVF experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
