Corporate Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Training Specialist to join our team at Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing corporate training programs aligned with the company's objectives and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees.
• Collaborate with functional management teams to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Develop a program delivery schedule based on learner demands and schedules.
• Evaluate and recommend training delivery systems, including LMS, in-person, and virtual training.
• Recommend and approve job aids, manuals, checklists, and tools used in training and development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to provide outside training programs and resources.
• Create functional training strategies and objectives.
• Support succession and workforce planning.
• Provide oversight to company interns.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of adult education experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, proficiency in e-Learning software, LMS, and web-based systems, and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Physical Demands:
This role requires occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. You will also need to have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. You will frequently need to use your hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. You will occasionally need to stand, walk, and reach with your hands and arms.
