This role involves working closely with clients, providing nursing care and support under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, you will be responsible for administering medication, observing patient behavior, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Position

  • Location: Ione, California
  • Setting: Correctional Facility
  • Schedule: 2PM-10:30PM (8hr shift)
  • Term: 6 months assignment with a potential for extension

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  1. Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications and monitoring their condition
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and interactions

The estimated salary for this position is $45.00-$50.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Astrya Global Medical Staffing offers competitive compensation and benefits packages to its employees.
