The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience and location. Compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, certifications, and the level of expertise required for the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and process X-ray exposures in accordance with established exam protocols.
2. Consult with Radiologists or medical providers when necessary for clarification purposes.
3. Provide emergency medical support in case of an allergic reaction to injected radiological contrast or any other medical emergency.
4. Utilize proper identification markers prior to procedures and adhere to radiation protection standards.

The Temporary/Relief Radiologic Technologist will work under the direction of the Institution's CEO/CME or designee, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of diagnostic imaging services.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

• Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years performing services similar in scope to those defined herein in a public or private institution.
• Current certification in good standing from the State of California, Department of Health Services for Radiological Technology as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
• Proper licensure and modality coverage licenses, i.e., mammogram, CT/MRI, etc., as applicable to do business in the State of California.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
