The Opportunity

At Abbott, we are committed to restoring health and improving quality of life through innovative medical solutions. As a Clinical Lead Specialist for our Structural Heart team, you will play a critical role in driving clinical trial enrollment and commercial sales success in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinical trials and commercial sales initiatives in collaboration with Regional Sales Directors and Clinical Lead Manager
  • Develop and execute regional clinical trial enrollment plans to meet trial enrollment forecasts
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to trial sites, investigators, and research coordinators
  • Collaborate with training and sales departments to deliver field preceptorship initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with research coordinators and physician investigators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent clinical degree
  • 6-9 years of related clinical work experience, with a strong clinical orientation and experience with products for use in interventional cardiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on staffing and regional demands
