Parker Health Group is a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care services. We are currently seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant to join our team at Parker at Somerset, our 120-bed facility located in Somerset, New Jersey.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner
  • Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
  • Flu vaccine required, or receive a medical exemption prior to employment
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
