Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant to join our team at Parker at Somerset. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and medication administration as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control practices and performing tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality when dealing with others.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Current flu vaccine or medical exemption prior to employment.
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation upon hire.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24.27, ranging from $22.41 to $28.95 based on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

About the Role
