Medical Care Specialist

New Bridge Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our medical center.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an acute care setting and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education programs
