About the Role

This role will provide direct patient care, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality dialysis treatment. As a New Graduate Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, administering medication, and monitoring their condition throughout the dialysis process.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
  • Clinical Assessment: Evaluate patient condition, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer dialysis treatments, ensuring accurate medication dosages and optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs, detecting any adverse reactions or complications that may arise during treatment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, including progress notes, medication administration, and any notable events or complications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a nursing degree from an accredited program and obtain a nursing license within 90 days of employment. Previous experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred.
