About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) as a Director of Nursing. A current RN license is required for this position.
- You will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting positive clinical outcomes.
- Your focus on teaching and motivating clinical team members will help drive success in our organization.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
