Harker Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing services, seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing operations. Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned RN leader with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for teaching and motivating clinical team members, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of nursing operations, including staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives">
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards">
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans">
• Mentorship and coaching of nursing staff to promote professional growth and development">

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)">
• Strong knowledge of CMS 5-Star Program and healthcare compliance regulations">
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate clinical teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes">
• Familiarity with Tuition Reimbursement and Touchstone Emergency Assistance Foundation Grants programs">
