We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to oversee the total healthcare delivery system in their assigned nursing unit. This is a clinical leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records to identify potential problems and propose corrective actions.
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
- Coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements and ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and address concerns.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Current CPR Certification.
