We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to seniors in the Upper Bucks County area.
About the Role:
- Follow a designated care plan to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing personalized care and support
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, with a focus on patient safety and well-being
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of two-three years of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills
