Job Summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Mercer Hill in Doylestown, PA. As a key member of our Resident Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resident Care Director with the management of the community, including direct supervision of Resident Care Associates and monitoring emerging health needs of residents.
  • Provide support to residents on an as-needed basis, including administering medications and performing various tasks related to their care.
  • Participate in community marketing efforts and promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, and the surrounding community.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and revise service plans for residents, ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor resident care assistants' compliance with infection control and sharps disposal programs.
  • Participate in the direct care of residents on an as-needed basis and provide support to Resident Care Associates regarding assignment questions or concerns.
  • Ensure completion and review of incident/accident reports and implement changes through proper channels to minimize future issues.
  • Assist the Resident Care Director with all documentation required by LCB Senior Living or state requirements.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
  • At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in a hospital and/or community setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
  • Good physical and mental health, with the ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and perform various tasks related to resident care.
