Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled B Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at D.W. Campbell Tire & Auto Service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including brakes, alignments, steering, suspension, and engines.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to effectively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide accurate estimates and ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Document all repair and maintenance activities in the company's management system.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and OEM specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- ASE certification (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.

- Work may be performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
