Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center is a premier healthcare provider seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its esteemed team. With a strong focus on evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement, this dynamic CRNA will provide exceptional anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients within the Avera Marshall region.

This CRNA position offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly motivated team environment with outstanding OR staff and surgeons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, be proficient in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques, including but not limited to ISB, Axillary, Femoral, TAP, and Adductor Canal/Saphenous blocks.

The successful candidate will also provide airway management and other related interventions during emergency situations. To qualify for this role, applicants must hold a graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program and have relevant certification and licensure. Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

The working schedule will include varied shifts, with 80 hours worked every two weeks, including weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations.
