Expert Anesthesiologist

Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center is committed to providing exceptional patient care and services within a caring Christian culture. We are seeking an experienced, autonomous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.

The CRNA will be accountable for providing anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients within the Avera Marshall region. Our team focuses on evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia preferred
• Proficient in peripheral nerve blocks preferred

• Licensed as an APRN in the State of Minnesota and board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Early/late rotating shift; 80 hours every 2 weeks
• 24-hour call coverage for Marshall (weekdays, weekends, and holidays)

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
