Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for agents and brokers, gathering information and resolving low-complexity issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all aspects of underwriting support.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to resolve complex issues and provide quality service to our customers.
- Utilize internal guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in underwriting operations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
