We are seeking a skilled Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse to join our team at Marin Health Medical Center. This role will support our trauma program and provide valuable contributions to our patient care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support trauma program operations and initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement performance improvement projects
- Conduct data analysis and reporting
- Provide education and training to staff
- BSN or higher degree
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience
- Minimum 1 year of performance improvement experience
- Current Valid California RN License
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification preferred
