Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, preferred.
  • Registration: Registered Architect in good standing, required; NCARB certification, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of architectural design, production, and delivery, and management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Revit; 3D rendering knowledge, a plus.
  • Site Planning and Design: Experience in site planning and strong design skills.
  • Project Variety: Experience working on a variety of projects, including retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
