About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Echo Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As an Echo Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic cardiac exams using non-invasive cardiac technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiograms, TEEs, carotid imaging, and other related examinations according to established Hospital standards and practices.
  • Apply technical knowledge of diagnostic non-invasive cardiac imaging equipment operation, including basic troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, storage, and maintenance.
  • Accurately document patient information and exam results in accordance with Hospital policies and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Registry eligibility for RDCS/RDMS-FE from ARDMS or RCS from CCI.
  • Completion of an Associate's Degree or two-year patient-care related allied health education program, or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
