Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at In-Group Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of front office accounting records and summarizing daily financial information for the hotel's financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile front office accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and summarize daily financial reports, including room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
  • Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier.
  • Act as an overnight front desk agent, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest needs and requests.
  • Track and analyze front office statistics, including room revenues and occupancy percentages.
  • Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience, with experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
