Client Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Cooperstown, NY. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Promptly inform supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Oversee workflow and job balance between staff, ensuring tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
- Communicate and train team members on changes to workflow or procedure.
- Manage daily and monthly records on service activity.
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff.
- May serve as the main point of contact for clients, participating in client meetings on account activity.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (may require driving between multiple client locations).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
