Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a member of our community, you'll be responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and prioritizing integrity and honesty in your interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Foster deep connections with clients that lead to increased sales opportunities and long-lasting trust.
- Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences, then showcase properties that align perfectly with their needs and dreams.
- Conduct captivating open houses to highlight your listings, creating welcoming environments for all potential buyers.
- Manage the entire process from listing to closing, ensuring efficient and seamless transactions while providing compassionate support to clients.
- Attract potential clients to generate new business prospects through ethical marketing practices and genuine relationship-building.
- Become a neighborhood expert – understand the community and market thoroughly, confidently addressing inquiries about potential homes, comparable properties, and local amenities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of real estate sales experience, with a track record of ethical conduct.
- Embrace a technology-forward mindset to leverage cutting-edge tools in your work.
- Demonstrate superior communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Be self-driven and motivated by ambition, balanced with a commitment to our team's values.

- Hold a valid Real Estate License and commit to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year, Flexible schedule, Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability, Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
