Position Overview: The Area Operations Manager will oversee our locations in Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri, guiding a team of proficient General Managers to implement processes tailored for a mid-sized organization, aimed at enhancing and optimizing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a high-performing team that achieves exceptional operational outcomes.
  • Foster a positive culture, aiming for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) for providers and staff exceeding 82.
  • Act as a stable operations leader, demonstrating strong leadership to support processes that meet monthly objectives.
  • Optimize operational workflows to align with strategic, organizational, and revenue goals, focusing on staffing ratios and profit margins.
  • Engage in effective and collaborative management, working alongside other departments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Drive key change initiatives that align with organizational strategic goals.
  • Focus on auditing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance across all offices, while enhancing office revenue and volume and supporting providers through coaching and staff development.
  • Implement new processes in existing offices.
Performance Metrics: Defined annually by Operations Directors.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Background in healthcare administration or management.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
Travel Requirements: The employee is expected to travel within their designated region for site visits and meetings with Providers, General Managers, and office teams. Occasional travel outside the region or to the corporate office may also be necessary.
