Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional needs.
  • Provide support with meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Assist residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting requirements.
  • Perform delegated tasks as instructed by the RN Administrator, Executive Director, or Lead Caregiver.
  • Document observations and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • At least six months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver, or equivalent life experience.
  • Certification of CNA or MA completion (preferred).
  • Reliability and flexibility in scheduling, with excellent attendance and ability to work holidays and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding, tolerance, and emotional/physical ability to meet the daily needs of our residents.
Working Environment

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and assist residents with standing and walking.
